Baker's lame (bread scoring blade), disposable, total size 12.5x2.6 cm. Ideal blade for scoring bread before baking, to direct the direction in which the bread will expand by reducing its resistance at precise points.

Very fine steel blade, sharp along both sides, allowing you to make very precise incisions. Reusable several times but not designed to be replaced. This baker's lame is equipped with a safety cap.
