The GR 15 mini breadstick machine is perfect for daily breadstick production and differs from other breadstick machines for its reliability, care in design and attention to hygiene. The dough cutting is done manually and the machine can achieve an output of 25 Kg per hour.
This breadstick machine has an assembled sheet metal structure and all surfaces in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel or Teflon. The discharge belt is placed on a panel underneath the buttons, forming part of the machine structure itself.
The breadstick machine is supplied with one die of your choice, selectable from the drop-down menu. Dies can be made of Teflon, recommended for very soft doughs that may stick to the grooves, or stainless steel. Dies are easily changed by turning two knobs.
