Handle composed of two parallel elements, very comfortable to grip and squeeze, with the lower element sliding along two pins strongly fixed to the body of the mold and complete with springs, which allow the central plunger to raise and lower with a very smooth and precise movement.
The actual mold part, which will then give the final shape to your vol au vent, is located at the bottom and is welded with four welding points to the central body. This whole part is constructed with great precision with the aim of giving you an incredibly defined and aesthetically impeccable finished product.
How to use this tool?
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface, press the handle of the dough cutter so that the central plunger rises, cut out the dough and then release the handle to let the cut-out piece drop down, repeat the operation as many times as necessary.
