Gi.Metal Stainless Steel Floor Pizza Peel Stand

Robust stainless steel floor-standing pizza peel stand by Gi.Metal, total dimensions 40x16x39(h.) cm. Incredibly easy and convenient to use, it is a solid and space-saving product.

Made entirely of stainless steel, it is designed to prevent your pizza peels from resting directly on the floor, avoiding damage. This peel holder can accommodate a loading peel with a maximum head diameter of 36 cm.

The stand consists of a solid base with a 45° foot to increase stability even when loaded with a peel close to 2 metres in length. The "U"-shaped side walls allow the peel to be inserted from the side as well. The 4 rollers, 2 upper and 2 lower, keep the pizza peel in an upright position, while leaving a minimum of play to facilitate insertion and removal. The tubular rollers ensure that the peel is not damaged, as it is always in contact with a circular surface, even during service when there is no time to put the peel away carefully.

Another unique feature of this peel holder is the silicone mat placed on the bottom, which prevents possible knocks to the leading edge of the peel head, a notoriously delicate and crucial part.
