\r\n\r\nThis peel, designed by Lilly for shallow ovens and occasional use, combines two qualities: strength and aesthetics.
\r\n\r\nThe peel is made of stainless steel to better withstand heat even when used in a wood-fired oven. The head is joined to the handle through a system tested by Lilly using three metal rivets positioned to form a triangle, just like professional aluminium peels. The head, right at the joint area, features a fairly pronounced rib to increase rigidity and prevent sagging once the pizza is loaded, without reducing space for the pizza or compromising stability.
