Small turning peel for rotating and unloading pizza, classic model by Lilly Codroipo.
Peel entirely made of stainless steel for maximum heat resistance given the prolonged presence of this type of peel in the pizza oven.
The head is joined to the handle by three steel rivets for maximum stability and strength once the pizza is loaded on the peel.
The elegant wooden end grip has the dual function of handle and convenient hook. The wooden slider is also distinguished by its smoothness and the locking system near the head to prevent it from moving unnecessarily during use.
