Vertical stainless steel and wood pizza peel stand by Lilly Codroipo, dimensions 42x24x160(h.) cm. The complete solution for the pizza maker's workshop. This peel holder is designed to accommodate up to five tools.
\r\n\r\nRobust vertical stand made entirely of stainless steel, this material guarantees longevity, heat resistance and ease of cleaning, combining the convenience of a tidy work environment with the need to preserve hygiene and cleanliness. In addition, thanks to the refined aesthetics of the steel and wood combination, it can be considered a furnishing accessory.
\r\n\r\nTwo sturdy steel tubes firmly screwed to a ballasted polished steel base create a very stable structure to support the weight of the equipment. The three plywood parts make the peel holder very versatile.
\r\n\r\nIn the upper part, we find a bracket derived from the universal wall-mounted peel holder, equipped with a 29 cm wide slot that can accommodate a Lilly loading peel up to 170 cm long, which you will find very easy to insert thanks to the wide front opening. The two central supports are fully adjustable, both vertically and horizontally; to adjust their position, simply unscrew the two butterfly screws. Above the base we find the wooden peel rest, which can be easily removed for cleaning and which cushions any blows that the tools might suffer if in direct contact with the steel base.
\r\n\r\nThe finish with wooden knobs gives that rustic touch that goes well with a wood-fired pizza oven.
\r\n\r\nThe product may be shipped disassembled, but it is very easy to assemble.
