Wall-mounted pizza peel hook, width and depth 12 cm. Made of stainless steel with wood finish, typical of all Lilly Codroipo products.
\r\n\r\nEasy to use, takes up little space and fits well in any type of environment. This accessory is essentially composed of three parts.
\r\n\r\nA flat stainless steel base, which must be fixed to the wall with two small wall plugs (not included in the package) to be placed in the two specially made holes.
\r\n\r\nThe actual hook made of tubular stainless steel, 1.5 cm in diameter, firmly attached to the base by two heat-resistant metal rivets, a very useful feature in case an oven wall is used for mounting. The cylindrical shape of the hook prevents the peel handle from being scratched during use, a feature that is necessary during service when there is no time to stow the tools carefully. The dimensions of the holder allow storing several peels at once.
\r\n\r\nFinally, the well-rounded wooden guide, which smoothly accompanies the peel both during insertion and removal.
\r\n\r\nThis type of support requires the peel to rest on the ground, so we recommend combining it with the wooden peel stand to avoid damaging the leading edge of the peels.
