Professional countertop manual breadstick machine, ideal for daily, artisanal production of fresh breadsticks, taralli and other round-section doughs.

Structure entirely made of polished cast aluminium: on one hand, the aluminium provides lightness and sturdiness; on the other, the polishing not only gives the machine a more attractive appearance but also makes cleaning easier by creating a very smooth surface.

The dough chute is made of stainless steel, easy to clean and ideal for contact with food products. The die is equipped with ground, chrome-plated rollers and milled steel gears. The wooden board is well suited to the mix of flexibility and strength required of this part, which must support the weight of freshly extruded breadsticks while also accommodating the passage between two rubber-covered pins that push it forward during operation. This machine also features a clamp for secure attachment to the workbench, preventing annoying movements during use.

How the manual countertop breadstick machine works.

First, insert the chosen die: simply unscrew the two black knobs on the sides of the upper part of the machine, slide the die onto the appropriate pins, making sure the gears of the machine and the die mesh correctly, then screw the knobs back on. Place the dough on the chute and lightly engage it on the die rollers. As you turn the lever, the wooden board will begin to move forward while the extruded dough is gently laid onto the moving surface.
