\r\n\r\nAluminium provides excellent heat transmission and light weight. This material heats up very quickly, transmitting heat to the product rapidly and evenly. In addition, the low weight of aluminium combined with microperforations makes these trays incredibly easy to handle compared to similar models made of aluminised steel or steel.
\r\n\r\nMicroperforation is ideal for air baking. The convective cycle created inside the oven can pass through the holes and reach the product directly, even on the side in contact with the tray, ensuring better baking results throughout.
\r\n\r\nThese 60x40 cm perforated aluminium baking trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products.
\r\n\r\nBeing made of aluminium, they do not require seasoning and can withstand contact with water. They can therefore be washed in the dishwasher, although hot water may cause bluish discolouration on the tray. While this does not affect performance in any way, it may be aesthetically unpleasant.
\r\n\r\nAs these are materials intended for contact with food products, they must be cleaned after each use and stored in hygienically suitable conditions.
