Made of stainless steel, this turning peel represents all the research and attention to detail of a historic brand in the catering world like Piazza.

Turning peel with 1 mm thickness. The loading surface is characterised by the special hole pattern, perimetral and radial, with the central part of the head solid, ensuring perfect rigidity. The perforation also absorbs thermal expansion, improves grip on the pizza and generally increases the lightness of the blade.

The head is joined to the handle by three steel rivets positioned in a triangle to provide maximum strength.

Round handle, also in stainless steel, 1 mm thick, 18 mm diameter, perfectly balanced. The grip is made of high-density plastic polymer, combining impact resistance with perfect heat insulation for the hand. The rear fixed part is ergonomic to facilitate grip and is attached to the handle by a steel rivet. The slider, ergonomic and very smooth, snaps into the end cap when stowed with a simple hand movement, allowing the pizza maker to always have the peel ready for use, quickly and easily.

Particular attention has been given to the end cap, made of two materials: rigid plastic polymer on the inside and soft elastomer on the outside, designed to perfect the balance of the entire peel and cushion impacts from accidental bumps. This part, given the continual stresses, is firmly attached to the peel via a robust stainless steel rivet. It also makes hanging the peel quick and easy.
