The Azzurra Line turning peel stands out for its sturdiness and lightness, made entirely of stainless steel to prevent heat transfer from the oven.
The head is attached firmly to the handle by means of 3 stainless steel rivets and features three reinforcing ribs strategically positioned to strengthen the head and allow it to better support the weight of the pizza when it is removed from the oven.
The handle butt and the sliding intermediate grip are made of a special high-density polymer, particularly resistant to impact and heat.
The sliding element also locks into the handle butt so that, when the turning peel is stacked head-down, it can be gripped correctly right away.
