Professional breadstick machine GR25L. Robust and reliable machine mounted on a trolley and designed to occupy the smallest possible space in rest position. Available in the 400 Volt version.

Equipped with an adjustable sheeting roller to regulate the dough thickness before it enters the die. The dough can be cut with a manual electric control or programmed with a timer for the continuous production of breadsticks. The speed of the exit belt is adjustable to suit every type of product, avoiding stretching or accumulation of dough. All surfaces in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel, Teflon or with certified paint for food use (white BT epoxy-polyester).

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GR25L AND GR25A

The dies have rollers ø73 mm instead of 40 mm to better adapt to different types of dough. The length of the exit belt has been increased up to 190 cm to allow a large number of cuts before stopping the machine for unloading the product. The loading roller conveyor is 90 cm.

The breadstick machine is supplied with one die of your choice, selectable from the drop-down menu. Dies can be made of Teflon, recommended for very soft doughs that may stick to the grooves, or stainless steel. Dies are easily changed by turning two knobs.
