Professional kitchen gas torch, dimensions 16x08x21(h.) cm. A versatile and indispensable tool for caramelising sugar, as in crème brûlée, flambéing desserts, gratinating savoury preparations, and many other kitchen tasks.
\r\n\r\nAluminium handle with special non-slip knurled finish, heat-resistant polymer head and base, and stainless steel nozzle.
\r\n\r\nThis kitchen torch is equipped with a rear valve, easily accessible, to adjust the gas flow and thus the flame intensity, a continuous flame system activated by pressing the red button on the side of the head once lit, and a safety lock to prevent accidental ignition.
\r\n\r\nThe base provides great stability, but is removable for greater ease of use when not needed. Refill valve at the bottom of the handle.
