Shortcrust Pastry Cutting Sheets - Clover

Shortcrust pastry cutting sheets with clover-shaped moulds, available in versions of 68 and 105 biscuits, size 58x39 cm.

Made of polystyrene, a special food-grade plastic, they do not absorb odours, are impact-resistant, lightweight, easy to handle and easy to clean. Perfect for shaping many biscuits quickly and with great precision. Their size allows you to place them directly on 60x40 cm baking trays.

Each mould on the sheet has well-shaped edges for easy cutting of shortcrust pastry; in addition, the mould is flared to allow the freshly cut biscuit to fall smoothly onto the table.

How to use the sheet? Simply place it on the work table or directly on the baking tray with the moulds facing up, roll out the shortcrust pastry on top and then pass a rolling pin over it to cut each biscuit with precision. Once this is done, lift the sheet to find all the biscuits perfectly cut and neatly arranged.
