Sieves for the C120 automatic sieve, five hole diameters available: 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm. Each sieve has special features that make it preferable for specific processes.
0.5 MM SIEVE:
Sieve designed to filter the finest fibres and impurities, to be used in addition to the 1 mm sieve. Particularly suitable for berries, chestnuts and plant-based beverages made from, for example, coconut, almonds, etc.
1 MM SIEVE:
Supplied as standard with the machine, suitable for tomatoes, peppers, apple compote, fish and shellfish soups.
2 AND 3 MM SIEVE:
Suitable for olives, cherries and plums.
5 MM SIEVE:
Suitable for apricots, peaches and prunes.
