Multi-portion molds in the shape of twelve barquettes, dimensions 7x3x1.5(h.) cm, volume 20 ml, total plate size 30x17.5 cm. Flexible, durable and non-stick, can be used both in the oven, including microwave, and in a blast chiller.

Molds made of 100% food-grade silicone, suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C. Easy to clean even in the dishwasher.
