All the slicers belonging to this range are designed to offer maximum performance in every respect. In fact, they combine Berkel's refined design with the highest operational functionality.
Slicer with large cutting capacity designed to combine convenience of use and reduced friction. Plate with an inclination of 38° ideal for easy loading and unloading of the product. The quality of the blade and the precision of the assembly allow for cutting creating very little waste and increasing the savings in operating costs.

Cleaning
Housing made of a single casting with no gaps, sloping blade guard drip tray for liquid drainage, recessed liquid collection tray in the casting or product plate with tray included. The product plate is made of steel while the aluminium product holder is serrated and removable for maximum hygiene and speed of cleaning. Wide spaces between blade and motor and plate lifting system for easy cleaning.
Safety
Full blade guard closure for maximum safety during cleaning operations and CE lock to prevent opening once the product plate is removed. Interlocking product holder parking to prevent accidental release. LED switches, aluminium blade protection ring for enhanced safety. Controls are ergonomic in an easy position to minimize operator's effort.
