Slicer for ham, cured and fine sausages. The sturdy pressamerce with laser-cut ribs replaces traditional pins and presses a firm hold on the product to be cut. In addition, its shape allows you to really get down to the'last slice decreasing waste and operating costs of your business.

Cleaning
Housing made of a single casting with no gaps, liquid collection tray recessed in the casting or goods plate with tray included. The product plate is made of steel while the aluminium product holder is serrated and removable for maximum hygiene and speed of cleaning. Wide spaces between blade and motor and plate lifting system for easy cleaning.
Safety
Full blade guard closure for maximum safety during cleaning operations and CE lock to prevent opening once the product plate is removed. Assisted product holder movement system to prevent accidental descent. LED switches, aluminium blade protection ring for enhanced safety. Controls are ergonomic in an easy position to minimize the operator's effort.
