Small professional or household slicer model SMART. Compact dimensions but features that rival larger professional models.
This fantastic slicer has a die-cast base with a red food-grade enamel finish to add a touch of colour to your kitchen. Anodised aluminium blade guard, carriage plate and blade cover, and a die-cast aluminium product press with shaped teeth to perfectly clamp the product to be sliced. Blade available in 22 or 25 cm diameter.
Ventilated continuous-duty motor, well separated from the blade for easy cleaning. Carriage sliding on self-lubricating bushes and lapped pins. Built-in sharpener with cast body and double grinding stones as standard. Blade inclined at 25°.
Ideal machine for slicing cooked ham, salami, vegetables and cooked meat. Also usable (but not ideal) for bread, cheese, boneless cured ham, fresh meat and fish.
