Stainless steel whisk, 8 wires, aluminium handle

Professional 8-wire whisk, three total lengths available, 30, 40 and 45 cm. Handmade, very durable, ideal for intensive use, dishwasher safe.

Wires made of stainless steel, manually attached one by one for maximum precision and resistance to wear. Each wire has a thickness of 2 mm; in the 45 cm version, a stiffening ring has also been inserted at mid-height to improve functionality even when used with large quantities of product.

Handle composed of three parts. The upper part in stainless steel serves as housing for the wires, very strong to ensure stability. The handle itself is made of aluminium with a special knurled finish; this feature greatly improves the grip even if your hands or the handle are not perfectly clean during use. The half-sphere nylon end cushions possible accidental impacts and is easy to clean.
