Steel ball whisk

Professional whisk with 8 balls, total length 33 cm. The wires of this particular whisk are fitted at the end with steel balls that amplify the usual movement of the whisk and help prevent any lumps by stopping food in the mixture from sticking. Ideal for emulsifying preparations such as vinaigrette, mayonnaise etc.

Wires made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1 mm, providing an excellent compromise between strength and flexibility. Each wire is fitted at the end with a welded steel ball with a diameter of 10 mm. The wires are securely fastened to the handle to prevent possible breakage and are designed to withstand prolonged intensive use.

Steel handle with a special studded texture at the top that allows you to grip the whisk comfortably even if slightly greasy. At the lower end there is a special loop to allow you to hang the tool after use.
