AYOUS wooden peel for loading and unloading bread from the oven, available in seven different sizes.
\r\n\r\nThis type of wood is distinguished by its elasticity and resistance to compression. Essential characteristics to withstand the heat of the oven without significant deformation or breaking points.
\r\n\r\nThe milled tip and the distinctive wedge shape of the peel make it easy to pick up bread. The gradual thickening towards the end of the peel provides the right overall strength to support the weight of the bread without giving way.
\r\n\r\nThe decidedly thick "U"-shaped end creates a perfect seat for attaching the handle. The through-holes allow the fixing bolts to pass through easily, creating an extremely strong connection to the handle.
\r\n\r\nAll edges are rounded to prevent splinters and help the peel slide smoothly.
