20/10 mm neutral anodized aluminium head, 35/18 mm handle (1.4 mm thick) in black anodized finish.
The head-to-handle junction is formed by inserting the head extension into the handle, locked internally by two cones with an expander.
The 20/10 mm thickness provides rigidity and guarantees a firm head, capable of supporting the heaviest pizzas.
The rectangular head features an ideal seating for the pizza with a very wide radius of curvature, cantilevered at the bottom.
The milling is frontal. The 35x18 mm handle is solid with an aluminium thickness of 1.4 mm.
