Classic model by Lilly Codroipo, a professional solid pizza peel entirely in aluminium alloy with a wooden end cap, lightweight and sturdy.
The "Orchidea" line features a front blade resistant to accidental impacts; the head also has a special microporous finish to improve the glide of raw dough over the peel.
The oval handle, which thanks to its anodized aluminium stands out for its smoothness, is firmly anchored to the head by means of an insert secured by two metal rivets that provides strong support to a delicate area notoriously prone to breakage.
The wooden end piece doubles as a hook for storing the peel and as a comfortable ergonomic grip during use.
