The Napoletana Line turning peel was designed to meet the needs of pizza makers who prepare pizzas in the Neapolitan style, i.e. in traditional Neapolitan wood-fired ovens reaching 500°C and producing a high number of pizzas.

This turning peel is made entirely of stainless steel, with increased thickness optimised to withstand high temperatures, and special holes with a circular design to allow excess flour to fall through, lighten the peel, and help slide it under the pizza.

The head is firmly joined to the handle by 3 stainless steel rivets, following the typical Gi.Metal system.

The end cap and the sliding grip are made of high-density polymer, for better resistance to impact and heat. This model also features a slider lock at the handle butt, ensuring the peel is always in the correct position to start working.
