Double serrated blade sponge cake slicer, available in two widths, for cakes with a maximum diameter of 42 and 58 cm. Maximum cutting height 6 cm from table top, minimum 1.5 cm. Maximum opening between the two blades 5 cm. Maximum cake height 9 cm.
\r\n\r\nWelded and painted tubular steel frame, very resistant to wear, suitable for very frequent use. The thickness of the structure also greatly facilitates the grip, which is comfortable and firm. The two side feet make the tool very stable, ensuring excellent levelling on the work surface and consequently a perfectly flat horizontal cut. The two feet also provide a perfect support for storing the tool safely when not in use.
