Aluminum provides excellent heat transmission and light weight. This material can heat up very quickly and as a result can transmit heat to the product quickly and evenly. In addition, its low weight makes it very easy to handle, and the construction can include the use of sheet metal thicknesses that are thicker than those in other materials, such as LS or steel.

The nonstick coating allows the products not to stick although it is recommended that when using them, grease them with a spoonful of oil, butter or maragine, and do not overheat the empty container.

These pans are test up to 280°C and are suitable for cookingfood products.

The edges of the pans are 90° and molded, with rounded corners and complete with top edging that gives better ribbing to the pan.

Being made of aluminum, they do not need to be scaldedand are not afraid of contact with water. In fact, they can be washed in the dishwasher.

Not suitable for the microwave oven.

Because they are materials intended for contact with foodstuffs, they must be cleaned after each use and stored in hygienically appropriate places.
