Baking tray in blue iron 30x40 cm

Blue iron baking trays 30x40 cm with edges of heights ranging from 2 to 5 cm. Ideal size also for home ovens.

The BLUITA sheet guarantees excellent heat transmission and great strength. In fact, it is an iron baking sheet with a special processing that makes it suitable for food. At the thermal level, it heats up less quickly than the aluminium counterparts, but it is able to absorb more heat and keep it for a longer period of time and, thanks to its thickness of 8/10, it has excellent thermal transmittance

In spite of its reduced thickness compared to aluminium, this product is just as resistant to thermal and structural deformation, if not more robust in ovens that are not perfectly balanced. Other important features include 90° bent edges and manually welded corners

The trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products. They are particularly suitable for baking pizzas

For the first use we strongly recommend blanching. This particular procedure consists of greasing the baking tray with cooking oil (after washing and drying it well) using a brush or kitchen paper, and then placing it in an oven preheated to maximum power for 10/15 minutes and letting it cool down. This process creates a protective patina on the surface, which helps the preservation of the pan preventing oxidation'

Trattandosi materialedestinatoal contact with food products must be cleaned after each use, avoiding putting it under running water and using a non-abrasive sponge, dried with great care, to avoid the possible formation of rust in time, and then placed in hygienic places adequate.

Not suitable for use in damp environments such as leavening rooms.
