Zio Pepe Perforated Turning Pizza Peel

The turning peel Stella model by Zio Pepe is entirely made of 18/10 stainless steel to maximise heat resistance in the pizza oven where this peel operates for extended periods, while also providing a very light and manoeuvrable tool.

The head is joined directly to the handle with a fully welded reinforcement, making it incredibly sturdy. The blade also has a specially machined surface that makes it very smooth and sleek.

The holes in the plate are designed with an increasing diameter from the centre outwards and allow flour residue to be discharged, while also ensuring greater grip when rotating the pizza.

The 16 cm version has a characteristic teardrop shape that makes it even easier to use when the oven is full and you need to work between pizzas.

This fine peel is equipped with an ABS end grip that is very comfortable and solid, and a slider complete with heat shield to prevent burns, also in ABS with friction lock — tightening it increases friction and locks it in place.

The heavy-duty version of this peel, with a total weight increase of 300 g, allows you to move wood logs inside the oven without any problem.

N.B.: for the 25 cm diameter peel the standard length is 175 cm.
