Evoluzione pizza peel, S.H.A. (Special Hard Anodizing) aluminium head and avio-coloured anodized handle.
The special S.H.A. treatment is a hard oxide anodization that guarantees maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, while ensuring extreme glide and the same lightness as the timeless Azzurra.
The new perforation pattern ensures flour discharge in two directions, delivering an unmatched result.
