Peel with neutral anodized aluminium head and blue anodized handle.
Neutral anodizing makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation.
Features a reduced weight compared to classic models yet extreme robustness, with an oval tubular handle for enhanced stability.
The lightweight, flexible head provides a spatula effect with dedicated ribs that ensure a secure hold.
The round peel features a wide tapered edge with smooth, even surface finishing over a broad arc, allowing you to pick up the pizza even from a lateral position. Additionally, having no corners, it allows pizzas to be placed closer together inside the oven, ensuring perfect space management within the chamber.
The smooth, even surface finish makes it easy to slide the pizza on and off.
The head-to-handle joint consists of an overlap of the two elements, secured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability; furthermore, the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle provides greater comfort in use.
The perforated surface provides low friction and sheds excess flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and burning.
