The "4 Stagioni" peel by Zio Pepe is made of hygienically approved aluminium alloy. The shapes and workmanship of the blade have been designed to facilitate and speed up loading the pizza into the oven. In addition, the microporosity of the surface of the head allows you to use less flour for sliding the uncooked pizza on and off. The triangular-shaped perforations ensure the removal of excess flour in any case, for a cleaner oven and better baking.
\r\n\r\nThe grooved handle allows heat to dissipate sooner thanks to the increased surface area for heat exchange with the air, thus preventing it from getting too hot. In addition, the grooves ensure smooth sliding and increase hand grip when needed.
\r\n\r\nThe joint between the blade and the handle is secured by a wedge and a unique hooking system that guarantees great resistance to stress over time. (Watch the video for more information).
