Non-stick acetate pastry ribbon on roll, sold in 10-metre strips or in full rolls of 305 metres. Available heights: 4, 5 and 6 cm. Extra transparent, super resistant thanks to 80 My thickness, produced with high-quality materials partly from recycled plastic.
Easy to use for lining moulds, making and unmoulding semifreddos, mousses and creating original chocolate decorations. The acetate is to be used with steel or hinged rings and must be placed on the inside before pouring the product, to prevent sticking and make it easier to remove from the mould.
Suitable for cooling in blast chillers, freezers and refrigerators. Not suitable for baking.
