Modenese bread mold, made entirely of stainless steel. Available in two models, a single mold of 10x5 cm and a double mold of 10x8cm, ideal for compressing and marking the dough, which once baked, will assume the typical shape of this Italian bread.

This tool is equipped with a comfortable and sturdy handle welded to the front, practically perfect to last over time, even with frequent use. The actual mold has a height of 2.5 cm to allowvidi significantly engrave the dough, operation further facilitated by steel that provides a resistant and perfectly smooth surface.

Easy to wash and sanitize even in the dishwasher.
