Ambrogio Sanelli's SUPRA line baker's knife with micro serration without tip, total size 38x4.5x2 cm, blade length 26 cm. The wave serration is ideal for cutting bread with a crust and a soft interior.
The knives in the SUPRA line are designed specifically for professionals in the bakery world. The materials used are sterilizable, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and comply with current food safety and hygiene regulations.
Blade made of NITRO-B special nitrogen steel with semi-gloss finish, final sharpening with laser profile control for maximum cutting precision. Each blade è traced with laser marking.
Ergonomic SEBS handle with professional non-slip finish and antibacterial additive. The handle guard, that is, the part where the blade engages the handle, è smooth to increase hygiene.
