Counter top deep fryer 10 liters available only in the 400 Volt version. Made in Italy with top features for the best professional frying.

 

Constructed entirely in stainless steel with removable 18/10 stainless steel molded basin, controls and resistance block to allow easy cleaning. Lid with double filter, grease and active carbon. Quick and easy to use thanks to the convenient control panel composed of a thermostat for adjusting the cooking temperature from 60°C to 190°C, a switch and a double indicator light. This model is complete of a convenient drain cock on the front panel of the machine operated by a practical lever.

 

This electric deep fryer is equipped with a cold area on the bottom where the frying residues are deposited, in this way they do not burn, leaving the oil clean longer and preventing unpleasant odors. Armored electric resistances in stainless steel with low specific surface load that guarantees a longer life of the resistances and a better heating of the cooking oil.

It is also equipped with a micro-switch that interrupts the electrical connection when the control panel is not correctly positioned.
