The dough scraper, also known as tarocco or scartino, is an indispensable tool in pizzerias, bakeries and kitchens. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and compact dimensions of 12 cm wide and 9 cm high, it allows precise work in both pastry and baking.
It is ideal for cutting and dividing dough, scooping dough from the pastry board without waste and keeping surfaces clean of flour or dough residues.
