Dynamic MD 95 with variable speed drive, the immersion blender with compact dimensions but great performance. Ideal for small-scale catering, it allows you to mix small quantities of soups, panades (thick soups reduced to a puree), salad dressings, pancake batter, sauces, mayonnaise, lightly crushed vegetable purees, porridge, raw carrot puree, fruit creams directly in the pot.
