Dynamic SMX 600 TURBO, the professional immersion blender ideal for large-scale processing, collective kitchens and intensive use, suitable for handling 100 and more place settings. This machine allows direct blending of cold preparations such as sauces, smoothies and emulsions and hot preparations such as soups, creams, purees etc.

In ice cream parlours, it can work with 4 to 15 litres of ice cream mix in a jug or bucket.
