Dynamic SMX 800 TURBO, the professional immersion blender ideal for large-scale processing, collective kitchens and intensive use, suitable for handling 100 and more place settings. This machine allows direct blending of cold preparations such as sauces, smoothies and emulsions and hot preparations such as soups, creams, purees etc.

In ice cream parlours, it can work with 4 to 20 litres of ice cream mix in a jug or bucket.

Immersion blender equipped with a powerful 1000 Watt motor and a robust mechanical control system, making it an incredibly reliable and durable blender even with intensive use. Ergonomic design for easy handling and user-friendly weight (thanks to high-tech materials used). Fixed speed of 11,000 rpm, ideal for many preparations. Removable stainless steel shaft and bell, easy cleaning and the possibility of storing the machine in a small space once it has been used, cleaned and dried.

Durable and reliable 3-blade titanium-coated knife, part that can be easily removed with a small screwdriver. The blender is equipped with a safety release system to start the machine.
