The attention to detail and the high-quality manufacturing ensure slicing excellence. Constructed in cast iron with perfectly realized chrome finishes and painting; the receiving tray is made of technical polymer, all embellished with high-gloss polished aluminum and stainless steel details. The floral flywheel gives lightness and completes this masterpiece in true Berkel style.
Equipped with a 30 cm blade and meat table rapid advance and return system. Complete also of slice thickness adjustment system with decimal advance and built-in sharpener. Overplate, meat table, receiving tray and sharpener can be easily removed for cleaning. Blade guard partially removable for safety and cleaning.
Available in red or black and with pedestal as optional.
