Made entirely of stainless steel with a rounded handle for maximum comfort of use. Very smooth-moving pivot that allows the pressure required to scoop the product to be precisely metered.
The head features double 5.5x7.5 cm paddles designed for firm gripping of various types of cake. Both of these parts have an aesthetically pleasing polished finish, which above all makes them very easy to clean.
