Kitchen blowtorch, dimensions 13x07x19(h.) cm. A versatile tool, indispensable for caramelising sugar, as in crème brûlée, flambéing desserts, gratinating savoury preparations, and many other kitchen operations.
Structure made entirely of heat-resistant polymer with stainless steel nozzle. Non-slip knurled handle.
This kitchen blowtorch is equipped with an easily accessible top valve to adjust the gas flow and thus the flame power, and a safety lock to prevent accidental ignition. The ignition button is located at the back of the head for easy use when holding the tool.
The base provides great stability, but is removable for greater ease of use when not needed. Refill valve at the bottom of the handle.
