CANOVA model commercial meat slicer, great performance for professional use.
Anodized cast aluminium alloy body with rounded design and no sharp edges and visible screws. Stainless steel screws and fittings, removable support cover for thickness gauge plate. Stainless steel slice deflector with bayonet fittings equipped with enclosed and selaed belt pulley. Forged, hardened large thickness blade diameter 27,5 cm 38° inclined.
Asynchronous motor 4,1 cm detached from the blade to facilitate cleaning . Carriage running on self-lubricating bushes with vulcanized rubber stops, chrome plated and ground slide rod. Cast-in body sharpener with bottom protection.
Plastic knobs, rubber feet and switch with IP44 protection rating.
Slicer ideal for cutting cooked ham, sausages, vegetables, cooked meat and parma ham with or without bones. Usable also (but not ideal) for bread, cheese, fresh meat and fish.
