MIRRA model commercial meat slicer. Compact dimensions but great capacity of cutting.
This wonderful slicer has a anodized cast aluminium alloy body. Screws and slide deflector made of stainless steel with strong thickness gauge support. Forged, hardened large thickness blade diameter 25 cm 25° inclined.
Ventilated motor well detached from the blade to facilitate cleaning . Carriage running on self-lubricating bushes and lapped pins. Cast-in body sharpener assembly with 2 standard emery-wheels.
Slicer ideal for cutting cooked ham, sausages, vegetables, cooked meat and boneless parma ham. Usable also (but not ideal) for bread, cheese, parma ham with bone, fresh meat and fish.
