This fantastic slicer has a flat base for easy cleaning in anodized cast aluminium alloy.
Strong and silent-runing asynchronous motor with transmission by reliable poliV belt drive. Forged, hardened large thickness blade diameter 25 cm. Carriage running on self-lubrificating bishes. Cast-in body sharpener assembly with 2 standard emery-wheels. 25° blade inclined.
Slicer ideal for cutting cooked ham, sausages, vegetables and cooked meat. Usable also (but not ideal) for bread, cheese, boneless parma ham, fresh meat and fish.
