In the upper part we find the hopper, hidden by a closing lid that prevents the entry of pollen or mites into the funnel. The maximum capacity of the hopper is of 1000 g of grain or cereals. Grinding is done by two ceramic and corundum composite discs with a diameter of 9 cm. This composite material è appreciated for various reasons, but mainly because ité wears at different speeds so that the outer part of the abrasive discs always remains porous. In this way, it will be possible to grind for years while always being sure to have a flour of impeccable quality.

The part of the discs and funnel è can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning of the instrument.

The front lever allows you to easily and intuitively select the flour particle size, being able to choose from six different sizes. The finished product is discharged through a 45° inclined nozzle located 11.5 cm from the base.

The machine è equipped with a powerful 400-watts motor that gives great grinding power while ensuring a long life even with intensive use.
