Wrapped dove moulds, perfect for baking the classic Easter cake.
Ideal for obtaining a delicious homemade dove, these moulds are suitable for food contact, made of very rigid corrugated cardboard, they manage to keep the shape of the cake and allow the dough to rise perfectly during cooking. In addition, the rigidity of the paper helps to support the shape well even during the cutting of the slices.
Each colomba shape is specially designed for use in the oven and has a micro-perforation on the bottom to facilitate the escape of moisture.
