How to use the plate?
Using the shortcrust pastry plate is quick and easy: simply place it on the work table or directly on the baking tray with the moulds facing upwards, roll out the shortcrust pastry on top and pass a rolling pin over it to obtain a precise and even cut on all the biscuits in one step. Thanks to the flared design of the moulds, the freshly cut biscuits fall directly onto the work surface without a hitch, already perfectly shaped and neatly arranged. This system optimises preparation time and guarantees a professional result with minimum effort.
